Stunningly beautiful Mystery Bay was previously called Mutton Fish Bay due to its plentiful supply of abalone or mutton fish. This idyllic local beach was renamed after 5 men disappeared there in October 1889 in one of Australia’s most baffling sea mysteries.
STYLE: A full-bodied, biscuity IPA with clean bitterness and a burst of citrus and pine, thanks to an all-Australian malt and hops line-up

Palace PALE ALE
This pale ale is a tribute to the iconic Dromedary Hotel, the best pub in Tilba since 1895. Originally called The Palace Hotel, legend has it the Drom was built with the timbers of old whaling boats from nearby Bermagui.
STYLE: The Palace Pale Ale delivers bold tropical flavours backed by a light malt body.

PROSPECTORS AMBER ALE
Our Prospectors Amber Ale recognises Tilba's gold mining heritage. The discovery of gold along nearby Dignam's Creek in 1852 led to the creation of the Mount Dromedary Gold Mining Company, which operated in the Tilba area from 1878 to 1910. Remnant's of the miner's equipment can still be found in the foothills of Gulaga.
STYLE: A smooth copper-toned ale with malty caramel and biscuit flavours complimented by bright citrusy hops.
Our beers are brewed and canned on the South Coast of NSW exclusively for Tilba Brewing Co by Stoic Brewing.
